Nagatamen is a National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) course of the Simon Kenton Council, Boy Scouts of America, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.  This six-day outdoor training course is for youth leaders in the Boy Scouting program.  Nagatamen NYLT helps the Scoutmaster fulfill his responsibility to train troop junior leaders. This course is led by a staff of youth and adults experienced in training youth leaders, and follows the National Youth Leadership Training guide of the Boy Scouts of America.
